In the configure args I used `CPPFLAGS=` instead of `--with-js-include` because `/opt/local/include/js/` is hardcoded in the configure script and is used before the `--with-js-include` value, causing a build error when both spidermonkey and spidermonkey185 were installed. `CPPFLAGS=` is first, so it uses the right includes. I could patch the configure script but this seemed like a cleaner way to do it.
