What command did you type, what was the output? Can you attach the main.log file from the failing port process? -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/29639#comment:1> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS

I have attached the main.log file generated when I did "sudo port install atlas". Is this main.log helpful? -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/29639#comment:2> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS

If that's really how the log ends on your system, can you try cleaning and installing again? Maybe that will produce a complete log. {{{ sudo port clean atlas sudo port install atlas }}} -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/29639#comment:3> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS

{{{ sudo port clean atlas sudo port install atlas }}} I left my computer running all night after "sudo port install atlas" and the process completed normally. I went on and completed "sudo port install py26-gnuplot" and that completed as well. The only change I made to my environment was to update to Xcode 3.2.6 from 3.2.3. Thanks for your help! I think my problem is fixed.
