As a result, the Python binding is not built. Also, I wonder if the dependency on perl and p5-xml-parser should be depends_build rather than depends_lib? VIPS uses perl and swig at build time, but not at runtime. Though I'm extremely inexperienced with port and I'm probably wrong.
