#44279: screen 4.2.1_0 builds okay, but crashes with "Abort trap" -------------------------------+-------------------------------- Reporter: alexander.coers@… | Owner: macports-tickets@… Type: defect | Status: new Priority: Normal | Milestone: Component: ports | Version: 2.3.1 Keywords: | Port: screen -------------------------------+-------------------------------- On my OS X 10.5.8 PPC G4 with Xcode 3.1.4 I can build screen 4.2.1_0 without errors. Starting screen with -v will produce the correct version output. Any other option (or none) will just show an "Abort trap" crash. Going back to the earlier version 4.0.3_3+vertical_split using revision 95934 solves the issue. -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/44279> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for OS X

However, note that Mac OS X 10.5.8 is very old and the developers may not be able to solve this issue. -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/44279#comment:1> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for OS X
