I have verified on a brand new Lion installation that the instructions in section 2.2.1.1. for Xcode 4.3 which install the command line tools still apply to Xcode 4.4. Logic would dictate, then, that the section heading "Install Xcode on Mac OS X 10.7 Lion" could also be updated to include 10.8 Mountain Lion, though I am unable to verify this at the moment.
