I will be monitoring these bugs.) MacPorts currently has an old release of ICU (4.3.4) as 'latest'. 4.3.4 is NOT a suitable release for production use. The livecheck.url is incorrect - it should be http://icu- project.org/download/ which is the release list, not the current value which is for interim development builds.
