Updates the source for Asterisk to the latest 1.6.2.18 build.

Bug Fix: Upon installing asterisk a few directories are missing that are needed for operation such as all of the ones under /var/spool/asterisk and the /var/run/asterisk and /var/log/asterisk.

Enhancements: * Added variant that allows caching of sound files to user's home directory under .asterisk_sounds_cache. This can greatly speed up installation time if using a .asterisk.makeopts file that selects all audio files for installation.

* Created a base asterisk.conf file that points to all the correct directories for the asterisk configuration. Part of the script also makes sure to update the asterisk.conf file with the proper prefix for where the ports are installed.
