#44224: root5: fails to compile with libc++ on 10.7 (error: no matching function for call to 'isnan') ----------------------+---------------------- Reporter: mojca@… | Owner: jonesc@… Type: defect | Status: new Priority: Normal | Milestone: Component: ports | Version: Resolution: | Keywords: lion Port: root5 | ----------------------+---------------------- Changes (by mojca@…): * cc: jeremyhu@… (added) Comment: The problem is solved if I use `macports-clang-3.4`. But I still have no clue why the problem is there (with the default compiler) in the first place. Here's some related discussion (different software, different function): http://www.pcl-users.org/Trunk-pcl-with-c-11-OS-X-10-8-td4025981.html I would like to be able to create a minimal working example showing the problem with the compiler (to decide whether it's a compiler problem or something that could be easily fixed in ROOT sources), but I didn't manage to reproduce the problem outside of ROOT despite trying. I would be grateful for some insight. -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/44224#comment:1> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for OS X
