On a linux box I'd build in a clean chroot environment, to make sure that all dependencies are explicitly declared but for ports..? Do you deactivate all your ports before building? -- Ticket URL: <http://trac.macports.org/ticket/20756#comment:5> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS

By activating archive mode, reinstalling ports is a breeze. You should check it out! remove all: sudo port -f uninstall installed remove some: sudo port_cutleaves (port:port_cutleaves) -- Ticket URL: <http://trac.macports.org/ticket/20756#comment:6> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS
