Re: [MacPorts] #13053: ncursesw 5.6_0 can't find awk on Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard
#13053: ncursesw 5.6_0 can't find awk on Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard ----------------------------------+----------------------------------------- Reporter: jeff@netnichols.com | Owner: imajes@macports.org Type: defect | Status: reopened Priority: Normal | Milestone: Port Bugs Component: ports | Version: 1.5.0 Resolution: | Keywords: subversion awk ----------------------------------+----------------------------------------- Comment (by ryandesign@macports.org): I see [http://www.mail-archive.com/macports- users@lists.macosforge.org/msg07183.html more ] [http://blog.peteware.com/2007/12/installing-apache-on-mac-os-x.html reports] that depending on gawk is not a complete fix; the install must be attempted twice before an awk program is found. I wonder if that would work as well if gawk were not present. I'm undoing r31770 in r32727. If you experience this bug now, simply try "sudo port install ncursesw" again, and let us know if that worked or not. -- Ticket URL: <http://trac.macosforge.org/projects/macports/ticket/13053#comment:10> MacPorts </projects/macports> Ports system for Mac OS
