I was trying to load py26-scipy and it depends on gsed. gsed failed with the "webpage" error. I thought it could be just temporary, but it's been like this for weeks now. Other packages install just fine on my system. See screen output below.

So there should be no problem. One of the download locations is on http://mirror.facebook.net/. Is it possible that your network is naively blocking all URLs containing the word "facebook"? Are you able to access http://mirror.facebook.net/?
