#29859: gsed checksum mismatch, distfile is HTML ---------------------------------+------------------------------------------ Reporter: philirwin@… | Owner: macports-tickets@… Type: defect | Status: new Priority: Normal | Milestone: Component: ports | Version: 1.9.2 Keywords: | Port: gsed ---------------------------------+------------------------------------------ Comment(by ryandesign@…): I tested all HTTP downloads of gsed and they all correctly return 200 OK (except the last-resort svn location, which correctly returns 404 Not Found). So there should be no problem. One of the download locations is on http://mirror.facebook.net/. Is it possible that your network is naively blocking all URLs containing the word "facebook"? Are you able to access http://mirror.facebook.net/? Again, what does the HTML in the downloaded file (/opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/gsed/sed-4.2.1.tar.gz) say? -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/29859#comment:4> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS
