I fixed that in r97434 by backporting more of the upstream fix. The new problem is that the build process for the "fluid" part of fltk incorrectly tries to link with a previously-installed version of the fltk library instead of the one that was just built, so this fails when the currently-installed version is incompatible, such as the very common case on 64-bit Macs running Snow Leopard or later when you have fltk @1.1.10_5 installed for i386 and then you want to upgrade to the new fltk @1.3.0_0 for x86_64.
