On my Mac (Lion), the subsequent finder window does not show hidden files, even though my Mac is set to do so. You can navigate to the location in terminal, then type "open ." and drag the folder from the Finder to the file dialog.
You can also: 1. Switch to Finder 2. Select Go > Go to Folder 3. Enter /opt/local/share/macports/Tcl/ 4.
