As announced already in http://trac.macports.org/ticket/24812 we are introducing makeicns as a build dependency for kmymoney.

Port makeicns actually creates the icns icon file being used by KMyMoney's starter .app directly from kmymoney's sources. (This means that the binary icns file doesn't need to be stored specifically for the kmymoney port.)

Since currently installed instances of this port have downloaded the icns file during "port extract" there is no need to increment the revision number of the port file, which avoids an unnecessary rebuild of kmymoney for those installed ports. New installs will use the new approach to equip the starter .app with an icon file.
