If mesa is not installed, ROOT will opportunistically find other libraries (for instance from Xquartx) so to avoid this I've added mesa as a straight dependency. As part of the investigations into the above issue I also noticed the GDML lirbary was disabled. This has no dependencies, so I have just enabled it.
