Is this a python module, or a program that just happens to use python?
The latter - it should probably be categorized as `devel`. To that end, I renamed it `git-review`, as the `py-` prefix usually implies a python module. Is it OK to use the python PortGroup for things like this?
You should indicate which version of the Apache license this is licensed under. Not indicating it means that any version is acceptable, which is not usually the case. This appears to be licensed under Apache-2.
