Re: [MacPorts] #45251: request for lldb
#45251: request for lldb --------------------------+---------------------- Reporter: rjvbertin@… | Owner: larryv@… Type: request | Status: assigned Priority: Normal | Milestone: Component: ports | Version: Resolution: | Keywords: Port: lldb | --------------------------+---------------------- Comment (by rjvbertin@…): Re: install_name_tool (2) I installed llvm+clang 3.8 from the servers, so with @rpath in libLLVM and libclang. This clearly no longer poses a problem for KDevelop's clang- based parser. I don't have any other cross-platform projects that link against libclang and/or libLLVM that I can test though, so don't really know what to do here. Should we assume that it's up to the dependent software to add the path to libclang to its rpath? FWIW: I also timed my build (-O3 and the `nortti` variant) vs. the default build. A C++ project that takes about 1 minute to build with the former takes roughly 20 seconds more with the latter (i.e. about 30% slower). -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/45251#comment:26> MacPorts <https://www.macports.org/> Ports system for macOS
