Manually setting hardcode_direct was added in r13017.[[BR]] I am not sure I completely understand the issue, but if it was only[[BR]] an problem when upgrading between 2.0.28 and 2.0.33, then perhaps[[BR]] this can be removed (it was 4 years ago). The search for X11 libraries has been changed to be more in keeping with[[BR]] other ports.
