I've tried running updates/upgrades, but all packages seem to be up to date. $ port installed | grep py27-ipython py27-ipython @1.0.0_1+scientific py27-ipython @1.0.0_1+notebook+parallel+scientific (active) I tried activating the other py27-ipython port but had the same problem.
