The last 4.4 beta release was 2 years ago and it looks like development on it has stopped. Many projects are starting to move to premake5 alpha (or at least 4.4) because of this. In fact, 4.3 is no longer shown on their website. Because this is a separate port, it doesn't seem to be an issue that this is still an "alpha" version (see postgresql95-server). This is why I decided to go for premake5 instead of updating premake4 to a beta release.
