[MacPorts] #36570: Can't extract any distfiles whether root or not
#36570: Can't extract any distfiles whether root or not -----------------------+-------------------------------- Reporter: roberto@… | Owner: macports-tickets@… Type: defect | Status: new Priority: Normal | Milestone: Component: base | Version: 2.1.99 Keywords: | Port: -----------------------+-------------------------------- Running "trunk" as of r98639. Updated two days ago. Hello, has anything changed in the way port(1) is changing users during extract/patch/configure/compilation? Now that I have updated my "base" to r98639, whatever value has "macportsuser" been set to, port(1) is unable to extract any distfiles. port -v build sudo port -v build with variations on "macportsuser" (set to "root", myself, unset) always fails like the attached log file. -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/36570> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS
