Which version of OS X are you using (`sw_vers`)? Which version of Xcode (`xcodebuild -version`)? The reported error has nothing to do with qemu, but is about gr-fosphor. I forgot you were doing an upgrade, not an install. The command just returned because the qemu port is already installed.
