#15981: iso-codes source availability ----------------------------------+----------------------------------------- Reporter: jjdanimoth@gmail.com | Owner: macports-tickets@lists.macosforge.org Type: enhancement | Status: new Priority: Low | Milestone: Port Requests Component: ports | Version: 1.6.0 Keywords: | ----------------------------------+----------------------------------------- When I try to install iso-codes, I get this error: {{{ Port command started with PID 10432 Fetching iso-codes Attempting to fetch iso-codes-2.0.tar.bz2 from ftp://pkg- isocodes.alioth.debian.org/pub/pkg-isocodes/ Attempting to fetch iso-codes-2.0.tar.bz2 from http://svn.macports.org/repository/macports/distfiles/iso-codes Attempting to fetch iso-codes-2.0.tar.bz2 from http://svn.macports.org/repository/macports/distfiles/general/ Attempting to fetch iso-codes-2.0.tar.bz2 from http://svn.macports.org/repository/macports/downloads/iso-codes Error: Target org.macports.fetch returned: fetch failed }}} So, I modified the mastersites variable in Portfile with this address: http://darkstar.ist.utl.pt/slackware/addon/gware/12.1-2.22.0/source/devlib /iso-codes/ and I downloaded iso-codes 2.0 with no problem. Because of availability of alioth.debian.org, can you add this source directly to macports ( /repository/macports/{distfiles,downloads} ? -- Ticket URL: <http://trac.macports.org/ticket/15981> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS

So I added the MacPorts distfiles mirror to the port in r38372. This can be removed once MacPorts 1.7.0 is released since it will then check our distfiles mirror automatically. -- Ticket URL: <http://trac.macports.org/ticket/15981#comment:6> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS
