In April 2016 the MacPorts MongoAlchemy is much too aged.

While the most recent release is: MongoAlchemy-master/release-notes.rst: 0.21 -- 2015-11-13 8:45

Users will likely encounter this incompatibility as the error: ImportError: No module named objectid

Also, Flask-MongoAlchemy (https://pypi.python.org/pypi/Flask- MongoAlchemy) is at: py-flask-mongoalchemy @0.5.3 python/py-flask- mongoalchemy py27-flask-mongoalchemy @0.5.3 python/py-flask- mongoalchemy

Whereas the last release is at 0.7.2.
