When py25-mysql was created, one patchfile got renamed. Support for mysql5-devel was added to py25-mysql via #13410 (r31499 and r34152). Patchfiles were renamed to match guidelines. Variants got descriptions and were marked as conflicting with one another. It's best to keep the various py*- versions of a port in sync as much as possible.
