After upgrading (all ports) digikam does not work anymore. It starts, but no pictures are shown, so the program is unusable. The database is still there, and I can rebuild the thumbnails. digikam port version is 3.1.0. The kde components are version 4.10.1. Digikam is a KDE port, try some of the tips in wiki:KDE
Edit: this worked for the person who was having a similar issue in #38759
Thank you for pointingme to the wiki. The problem is solved now...
