My assumption is that this is now failing because that url is invalid now. Any advice though would be great!

My guess would be that you (or some process running on your machine) deleted the distfiles for db46 but didn't delete the statefile, which says that the fetch phase is complete. Try cleaning (as suggested in the [wiki:FAQ#buildfails FAQ]).
