The cocoa folder is missing!!
This is a bug in the EiffelStudio 7.1 source, which I reported to https://www2.eiffel.com/support on July 17th (Eiffel Software PR 18256). I fixed the problem on my local machine by editing /Applications/MacPorts/Eiffel71/library/vision2/vision2.ecf, removing line 147: <custom name="vision_implementation" excluded_value="gtk34"/> So it's not really a problem with the port itself.
