Do you have a /usr/local/include/dlfcn.h? If so, move it aside and run port again. Yes, that fixed it. Thanks.

I'd like to reopen ticket #12750 or ticket#12336 as I'm having the same problem but don't know how to reopen a ticket. help2man doesn't build:
