doxygen has been broken for several days.

Looking into the log file, it appears the source updated + now one of the patch files is failing.

Removing this line from the Portfile allows a clean compile...

patchfiles-append patch-doc-Makefile.in.diff

Haven't looked into if this is the right thing to do or not, just notifying the owner this is the place to fix this problem.
