I've attached a patch with my best attempt at this. It works fine, except that I don't think it is correctly setting the conflict with the ispell port. If I try and install ispell after installing aspell+ispell then it errors with "Image error" because /opt/local/bin/ispell is already installed. I had hoped that the "conflicts-append ispell" line in the new Portfile would mean that the installation of ispell would not even be attempted, but it seems not.
