I have fixed the install rules so that all the examples be installed. It's a pity that Bison does not install them by itself.

Do we really want to install the examples’ intermediate products (e.g., `calc++-parser.cc`, `calc++-parser.hh`, etc.)? Seems really weird to me.

Hi! You are right, this is debatable. Besides, since I first discovered that Bison did not install the examples itself, I fixed it in the following release. So I expect that this part of the patch is no longer needed.
