Instead, we have `TIFFHeaderCommon`, `TIFFHeaderClassic` and `TIFFHeaderBig`. tiff.h for @3.9.7 defines `TIFFHeader`, with fields corresponding to `TIFFHeaderClassic` in 4.0.3. Looks like iulib @0.4-d9b9406fac75_4 is incompatible with tiff 4.
