Would it be harmful to just always enable guile support?
I don't think it would be harmful, but I don't know. IIUC many mu users don't use the Guile bindings and consider them expensive. Tom -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/48264#comment:2> MacPorts <https://www.macports.org/> Ports system for OS X

I heard from the author of mu: "The only reason not to have guile support is the extra dependency; so if MacPorts takes care of that it should be fine to have mu/guile as the one and only." hth, Tom -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/48264#comment:4> MacPorts <https://www.macports.org/> Ports system for OS X

However, since you had just increased the revision in the previous commit 2 seconds prior, that should be ok. -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/48264#comment:6> MacPorts <https://www.macports.org/> Ports system for OS X
