#18635: Trac is not sending emails ------------------------------+--------------------------------------------- Reporter: scott@… | Owner: jmpp@… Type: defect | Status: new Priority: Normal | Milestone: Website & Documentation Component: website | Version: 1.7.0 Keywords: trac | Port: ------------------------------+--------------------------------------------- Does the reporter to trac not automatically get email notifications of changes? I pushed in http://trac.macports.org/ticket/18125 which seems to be closed, I had no idea. I would like to delete all the local ports I have, and sync up with you guys, but I was not made aware. So I need to add myself as a CC in order to make this happen? -- Ticket URL: <http://trac.macports.org/ticket/18635> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS

I just looked at the old trac items, and somehow, today, my email address no reflects my account. There were three or four track posts, in which I had an old email address. I updated my account data weeks ago, to the email address you see on this ticket, but the old trac tickets still shows the old email address as the submitter. This has changed as of today. Here is an example https://trac.macports.org/ticket/18123 Did someone change that email address for me, or does it just take a few weeks for a email address change in my profile to make it to the system? -- Ticket URL: <http://trac.macports.org/ticket/18635#comment:2> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS

Email changes do not affect old tickets. Its a known issue. -- Ticket URL: <http://trac.macports.org/ticket/18635#comment:3> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS
