MacPorts fetches the file just fine for me from samba.org. I don't know why the file hasn't been mirrored by our mirror servers. Maybe they were having a temporary server problem which has now been resolved. If so, the file should appear on our mirrors soon. In the mean time, you can place the file you downloaded in the directory where MacPorts expects to find it.
