I chose to exclude the swfdec module as gtk is currently optional via variant, and I did not want to pull in all of the dependencies gst and g*-related dependencies that implies through swfdec! I also found that I was missing a libxml2 port dependency even though that is provided implicitly through other ports. I suppose it is good practice to explicitly list direct dependencies. P.S.
