[MacPorts] #26158: Tickets don't show properly with Internet Explorer 7
#26158: Tickets don't show properly with Internet Explorer 7 -------------------------------------+-------------------------------------- Reporter: and.damore@… | Owner: wms@… Type: defect | Status: new Priority: Low | Milestone: Component: website | Version: 1.9.1 Keywords: website | Port: -------------------------------------+-------------------------------------- I've been reported that IE7 can't display properly Trac tickets. IE7 may be considered an irrelevant target for MacPorts, in that case just mark this as wontfix for future reference. -- Ticket URL: <http://trac.macports.org/ticket/26158> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS

I couldn't find the right ticket there in a quick search though. -- Ticket URL: <http://trac.macports.org/ticket/26158#comment:1> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS

I've been reported that IE7 can't display properly Trac tickets.
In what way? Which part of what's show in the screenshot is considered wrong? If it's just that the left menu is partially obscured, then that's a MacPorts / Mac OS Forge CSS issue, not something the Trac folks would know anything about. -- Ticket URL: <http://trac.macports.org/ticket/26158#comment:3> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS

Exactly in the way it's shown in the screenshot. I meant that displaying was wrong for Trac tickets on macports.org, I didn't knew or mean to imply it was a general Trac issue. I explicitly mentioned ''Trac tickets'' because I'm not sure the main page has the same issue, that is left column out of screen. -- Ticket URL: <http://trac.macports.org/ticket/26158#comment:4> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS

That it is partly offscreen? -- Ticket URL: <http://trac.macports.org/ticket/26158#comment:5> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS

Yes, it is. I see I should have been more precise as that part isn't actually part of the Ticket, I meant that the page showing a ticket isn't properly rendered in IE7, I'm not sure about other pages/don't have IE7 handy. -- Ticket URL: <http://trac.macports.org/ticket/26158#comment:6> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS

There are much better browsers out there anyway that people should be using. -- Ticket URL: <http://trac.macports.org/ticket/26158#comment:7> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS
