The source code and documentation are copyrighted by California Institute of Technology, and may not be redistributed or placed on public Web servers without permission.

Have we ever asked for this permission? If so, and it was granted, a statement to that effect should be added in a comment in the pgplot portfile, near the master_sites line. If we have not asked for this permission, we should ask for it now.
