Attached are two .diffs - an update to the autogen Portfile and a revision to an existing patch file - which will upgrade autogen to the current version and fix a livecheck which was not getting to the most- current version.[[br]] No .dylib number changes occur, so this revision should not require revision bumps in dependents.

New description: Attached is a .diff which will upgrade autogen to the current version and fix a livecheck which was not getting to the most-current version.[[br]] The patchfile 'files/patch_doc_auto-opts.tpl.diff' can be removed as can the 'files/' subdirectory as it is now empty.
