I use libreoffice and I don't understand why it isn't available on macport
It doesn't exist because nobody has created a port for it. And the reason for that might be that libreoffice appears to be a very large software package, and they already provide pre-compiled Mac binaries. It might be a great deal of effort to reproduce that work in MacPorts, and I'm unclear what would be gained by doing so. The same might be said about OpenOffice.org. The last line of your log shows it checking for the existence of the 10.4 SDK.
