Thank you! I think that made the trick. Now matplotlib is working again, it shows some leaking warnings while plotting but in general is working. I don't understand this statement. matplotlib-1.2.0 dropped support for python24 and python26 and as such python27 was made the default version, therefore `py-matplotlib` and `py27-matplotlib` are the same?
