The current version is now 2.31. The livecheck will need to be adjusted. And a dependency on php5-web needs to be added. Most php5 modules have been split off into their own ports; [http://phpicalendar.net/documentation/index.php/Requirements the documentation] does not list any additional modules needed but maybe there are some that they forgot to list. "port search php5-" will show you all the separate php module ports that now exist.
