Unfortunately the project appears to have migrated from Google Code to GitHub, to have installed automatic redirects so that the old Google Code pages are no longer accessible, and not to have migrated any issues to the new issue tracker. I can't find this issue in the [https://archive.org/ Wayback Machine] either. There don't appear to be any changes in the GitHub repository since then that relate to fixing this problem.
