This is not a big deal; you can use +accelerate or +atlas & either will generally work for most users. But, the former does have known issues with specific routines while the latter does not have those issues. This knowledge of issues comes from executing "make test" after octave is built, though I will admit that I haven't had time to do it on 10.11 yet so it is possible accelerate fixes some of those issues in the latest release.
