The latest version is 1.8.1 (stand alone Pyraf). Source page: http://www.stsci.edu/resources/software_hardware/pyraf/current/download It requires Tcl/Tk, Readline, Python 2.6, Numpy -- Ticket URL: <http://trac.macports.org/ticket/23075> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS

In the meantime, I have successfully installed Pyraf as a Python program, from within Python. I already had IRAF installed (a rather messy process). Pyraf works well, although it doesn't have the convenience of a Macport install. A Macports install of IRAF itself would be brilliant. -- Ticket URL: <http://trac.macports.org/ticket/23075#comment:4> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for Mac OS
