Hi,

When attempting to install qrupdate with the "accelerate" variant, I get an error: Error: qrupdate: Variant atlas conflicts with accelerate Error: Unable to open port: Error evaluating variants

I am able to install it by specifying: -atlas +accelerate

However, the errors continue after this, particularly when I do: port clean installed

The clean will stop at qrupdate with: Error: qrupdate: Variant atlas conflicts with accelerate Error: Unable to open port: Error evaluating variants

In order to finish the cleanup, I have to do: port clean installed and not qrupdate port clean qrupdate

which succeeds.
