I cannot infer if you’re building universal, what kind of CPU you’re using, and, more important, if there is something wrong during configure. Could you please start afresh and repost a full log? Thanks! -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/38653#comment:2> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for OS X

#38653: atlas @3.10.1_3: build fails, "../libf77blas.a: No such file or directory" ------------------------+--------------------- Reporter: aronnax@… | Owner: vince@… Type: defect | Status: new Priority: Normal | Milestone: Component: ports | Version: 2.1.3 Resolution: | Keywords: Port: atlas | ------------------------+--------------------- Comment (by aronnax@…): It built this time. This may have been the first time that I let it run all the way through. During previous build attempts I had killed `port install` so that I could install a different port, then ran `sudo port upgrade atlas` without running `sudo port clean atlas`. Is `use_parallel_build no` required? -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/38653#comment:5> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for OS X
#38653: atlas @3.10.1_3: build fails, "../libf77blas.a: No such file or directory" ------------------------+--------------------- Reporter: aronnax@… | Owner: vince@… Type: defect | Status: closed Priority: Normal | Milestone: Component: ports | Version: 2.1.3 Resolution: fixed | Keywords: Port: atlas | ------------------------+--------------------- Changes (by vince@…): * status: new => closed * resolution: => fixed Comment: Unfortunately, the last time I tried to get rid of use_parallel_build, the build failed because Atlas tried to link into a dylib some object files that weren’t yet compiled. I might try to remove it again once the other problem will be fixed. -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/38653#comment:6> MacPorts <http://www.macports.org/> Ports system for OS X
