#46725: xterm problem : Korean file name does not display correctly (broken Korean file name) ---------------------------+-------------------------------- Reporter: lightoml@… | Owner: macports-tickets@… Type: defect | Status: new Priority: Normal | Milestone: Component: ports | Version: 2.3.3 Keywords: xterm, korean | Port: ---------------------------+-------------------------------- Hello, I am reporting a xterm problem I'm using the latest XQuartz (2.7.7). I am using Korean Mac OSX (10.10.2). When I do 'ls' in xterm, the Korean file name does not display correctly (broken Korean file name). But it is OK in linux (Fedora, Redhat). I attached screenshots for comparison between xterm (broken Korean file name) and iterm2 (Well displayed Korean file name) on my macbook. Could you fix the problem? Many thanks! -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/46725> MacPorts <https://www.macports.org/> Ports system for OS X

But xterm on osx didn't work. I think it is a problem related xterm. The version of xterm on osx is XTerm(309) and X.Org 6.8.99.903(253) on Redhat enterprise6. -- Ticket URL: <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/46725#comment:5> MacPorts <https://www.macports.org/> Ports system for OS X
