#50028: Issues installing all dependencies software program called ARB ----------------------------+-------------------------------- Reporter: marco.coolen@… | Owner: macports-tickets@… Type: defect | Status: new Priority: Normal | Milestone: Component: ports | Version: 2.3.4 Keywords: | Port: ARB ----------------------------+-------------------------------- I am trying to install the phylogenetic tree software program "are" following the instructions here : http://vc.arb- home.de/readonly/trunk/arb_OS_X_MacPorts.txt. At some point it told me to install org-libXt +flat_namespace, which I did using "Xcode-select --install". It then started unpacking additional dependencies of ARB but was still unable to complete everything. I have attached the entire bash window (if that is the right term for that) to see what happened as well as the log file. I have limited programming experience, but I hope that you can help me with this issue.
